How to check your orders

If you are a vendor, here is how to check and fulfill your orders.

Log into your account and go to the Vendor Dashboard.

Click on Orders on the left side of the screen. A list of your orders will appear. Click on “Processing” to see details of the order.

Orders page. Note the order status is Processing. That means payment was received from the customer, so you can proceed to fulfill the order.

Once you deliver the item, mark it fulfilled by clicking the checkbox on the left of the item, click the “Bulk Actions” dropbox, select “Fulfilled and click the Apply button. The order will be marked as Fulfilled in the site.
